Important Notes

Please ensure each loan is fully qualified prior to handoff. Any files suspended due to qualification issues will be handed back to the originating officer until all issues are resolved, and a conditional approval is reinstated.

Resubmissions: In the event our team is required to restart a loan, for any reason, a $200 resubmission fee will be added to the current processing invoice.

This is applicable any time we process the same property address under a new loan number.

 All services include a full file closeout, upon fallout or disbursement, to help prepare all parties for potential routine state examinations.
